WCMA’s Annual Golf Outing and Fundraiser continues a 35-plus-year tradition of industry networking and fundraising for cancer research and industry scholarship programs.   

2024 Schedule of Events  

9:00 – 10:00 AM Registration 

10:30 AM - Full Scramble Format - 2 Putt Greens

4:00 PM - Cocktail Reception & Silent Auction
  • Non-golfer/dinner only registration 

5:00 PM - Buffet Dinner 

6:30 PM - Awards, Charity, and Auction Presentation

* On-course beverages and afternoon snacks are provided compliments of Carris Reels
* Lunch Sponsorship - Currently available. Please inquire with Ed Fenton, ed@wcmainc.org.

Tournament Registration Fees 

Golfer Registration (includes Lunch, Dinner, and Golf):
Members - $220/Player - $880/Foursome
Non-Members - $250/Player - $1000/Foursome
  • Members will have first rights on Foursome and Individual spots
  • Non-members can play with a Member host.
  • Non-Members, not accompanied by a Member, will be initially waitlisted. If the tournament is not sold out, non-members will be invited to play.
Non-Golfer/Dinner Only Registration:
Members - $100
Non-Members - $125
  • ANY Member or Non-Member (and guests) can attend the Networking Dinner at Member or Non-Member fees.

2023 Summary

WCMA hosted 120 golfers and 15 others joined us for networking and dinner at its annual spring general membership meeting.

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AWARD

Charles Glew, President of Cable Components Group, received WCMA's first Young Professionals Award. The addition of this new award category was announced at the Annual Distinguished Career Awards Banquet in April 2023.

CHARITY

WCMA raised over $2000 in donations that go into the organization's Charity donation to UCONN Health Center cancer research and Industry Scholarship programs.  WCMA donates nearly $20,000 overall in annual donations.  See below for our sponsorship levels.
