Annual Meeting & Donation Registration

Complete the registration form below to confirm your attendance for our Annual Meeting and Holiday Luncheon on December 3rd, 2026, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Hartford Marriott Airport Hotel, Windsor, Connectiut on Day Hill Rd.

NOTE: This meeting is open seating. Member rate is $120 per person, non-member rate is $140 per person.

This year we do not have a scheduled Young Professionals Panel session (40 years old and younger) but will host an informal networking hour from 10 AM to 11 AM to precede the main meeting. We also will present our Young Professional of the Year later during the meetinig.

Please indicate whether you'll be attending the Annual Meeting & Luncheon, and also if you are attending the Young Professional Session (no charge) from 10 AM - 11 AM.

We ask for your support by contributing to our Scholarship Fund, Toys for Tots Charity, or both. If you wish to donate, but cannot attend, you can do so below.
