Distinguished Career Award Dinner Registration

Table Reservations include a company name card on the table.  If you are a group of less than 10, we will be in touch about combining partial seating lists to fill tables.  You will receive an emailed receipt of your registraton for expense reporting.

STEP 1: Please Reserve below Tables (for 10) or Number of Seats, as well as a Sponsorship. Sponsorships are enouraged but you can select "No Sponsorship" from the drop down list if you choose not to.  Note - Register seats you know now.  If you need to update your seating list, you can return to the event page and use the Update Seating List button.

Note - Awards Recipients are complimentary, as well as a spouse or guest.   If a Recipient is at your table, please pay for the number of attendees,  but not the Recipient plus Guest, if they are at your table.   When you fill out the Seating list you can enter your paid attendees, plus the Recipient plus Guest.  Call if you have any questions.

STEP 2:  When your registration is completed, you will see the Continue to Seating List button to submit the attendee Lists.   Please complete that list in full with names or enter TBD in the first name line to placehold the seat.  You can return to your list to update it later.
